While we employ best practices and result-driven strategies, search algorithms and advertising policies are governed entirely by third-party search engines and social platforms (such as Google, Meta, Bing, and Apple).
- No Ranking Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific organic ranking positions or traffic volumes, as search engine indexes change continuously.
- Ad Network Compliance: Clients are responsible for ensuring their landing pages and products comply with ad network policy guidelines. We are not liable for ad account suspensions.
- Delivery Timelines: Technical audits, content calendars, and keyword research deliverables are provided according to project schedules mapped out at onboarding.
4. Fees, Billing, & Payment Terms
Clients agree to pay all charges at the rates in effect for their marketing campaigns. Retainer packages are invoiced on a monthly recurring basis and must be settled within the specified payment terms (typically net 7 days from the invoice date). All payments are handled in Indian Rupees (INR) or converted currency, and taxes are applied as per local regulations.
In the event of non-payment or delayed billing settlement, SEO PPC Delhi reserves the right to suspend campaign execution, pause ad campaign bids, and halt content publication schedules. We are not responsible for search ranking drops or campaign quality score decreases resulting from service suspensions due to unpaid billing balances.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the direct labor costs, technical analysis, content production time, and third-party advertising resources involved in digital marketing services, **all retainer payments and service setup fees are non-refundable**. Clients can cancel recurring contracts at any time by providing a 30-day written notice, but payments already settled for the current billing cycle will not be refunded.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the site for any purpose other than that for which we make the site available. The site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us. Prohibited activities include:
- Systematically retrieving data or other content from the site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
- Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. Any legal disputes arising under these terms must be resolved within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
9. Service Modifications & Interruptions
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. However, we have no obligation to update any information on our site. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the services without notice at any time.
We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the site or the services.
